Tuesday marked the official Tennessee Basketball Media Day in Knoxville to usher in the 2023-2024 season.
Head coach Rick Barnes opened the day with a 25-minute press conference to give his thoughts on where the team is and look back on the Vols’ summer including the trip to Italy. Barnes also spoke a fair amount about the players on the roster including newcomers, returning players, and transfers alike.
In addition to Barnes, Tennessee also had players and coaches lined up to capture short interviews with on Tuesday. The collection below includes assistant coach Rod Clark, associate head coach Justin Gainey, and six players: Dalton Knecht, Cade Phillips, Jonas Aidoo, Tobe Awaka, Zakai Zeigler, and Jahmai Mashack.
