Tennessee vs. UTSA Betting Preview
The UTSA Roadrunners have yet to announce if their long-time starting QB Frank Harris will be available for the game. He suffered a turf toe injury in Week 2 against Texas State, which forced him to sit out Week 3. As of now, he is listed as a game-time decision.
