After Tennessee opened up as 13.5-point favorites against UTSA according to Circa Sports on Sunday afternoon, the line has dramatically moved in the Vols’ favor.
The Vols are now 21.5-point favorites according to nearly every sportsbook including the Caesars Sportsbook. Caesars lists the over/under at 59.5.

Road Runners starting quarterback Frank Harris is a game time decision for the matchup. Backup quarterback Eddie Lee Marburger started last week against Army and performed well despite the loss.
