Tennessee football’s week four matchup against Texas-San Antonio will kick off at 4 p.m. ET, the SEC announced Monday. The SEC Network Iis broadcasting the game.
The matchup is Tennessee’s second late afternoon, early evening game of the season at Neyland Stadium after Tennessee faced Austin Peay at 5 p.m. ET in its home opener. Josh Heupel’s third Tennessee team also played a noon game against Virginia and faces Florida in a night game in Gainesville this week.
The Vols week four matchup against UTSA is their third non conference matchup and comes in a classic let down spot between Tennessee’s SEC opener at Florida and revenge matchup against South Carolina. Tennessee is 2-0 after earning wins against overmatched foes the first two weeks of the season and face its first real test Saturday at Florida.

UTSA entered the 2023 season with high hopes as star quarterback Frank Harris returned for his final season of eligibility. The Roadrunners enter their week three matchup against Army 1-1 on the season, falling to Houston in their season opener before defeating Texas State last Saturday.
While the Texas State win doesn’t stand out as a great one, Texas State upset Baylor the opening week of the college football season.
UTSA faced Army this week before traveling to Tennessee next week for the xx p.m. ET kickoff.
Other top SEC games in week four include Alabama-Ole Miss at 3:30 p.m. ET on CBS, Auburn-Texas A&M at noon ET on ESPN and Arkansas-LSU at 7 p.m. ET on ESPN.
