Tennessee football defensive coordinator Tim Banks met with the media on Friday to discuss a wide-range of topics heading into preparation for Virginia in Week 1.
Banks frequently touched on how pleased he is with the defense’s depth, noting the pass rush is in a good spot while there are a litany of guys that can contribute in the back end.
Additionally, Banks touched on where the defense is at in terms of tackling and as a whole with Week 1 being right around the corner.
Finally, Banks gave a few thoughts about Virginia QB Tony Muskett and what he knows about the Cavaliers.
