When assessing Tennessee football’s 2023 schedule, the Vols will likely be favored in 10 of 12 games unless something goes awry early in the season.
While a second consecutive 11-2 season should not be the expectation, it is far from out of the realm of possibilities.
Georgia and Alabama are the games Tennessee is most likely to lose, and then there’s a group of four games that could be challenging: @ Florida, South Carolina, Texas A&M and @ Kentucky.
With their schedule, nine wins should be the expectation, and 10 or more wins would be a great season. However, eight or less wins would be a disappointment considering the schedule and the talent on the Vols’ roster.
