Four-star Louisiana linebacker Tylen Singleton will officially visit Tennessee the last weekend of June, 247sports Steve Wiltfong reported Tuesday.
The trip to Knoxville is one of five summer official visits Singleton plans on making. The other four visits include trips to Texas A&M, Arkansas, TCU and LSU.
Singleton is one of the top linebacker prospects in the country ranking as a four-star and the No. 123 player in the country according to the 247sports composite rankings. Singleton also ranks as the No. 10 linebacker in the nation and No. 4 player in the state of Louisiana.
The blue chip linebacker’s official visit to Tennessee will be his second in a number of months after Singleton unofficially visited Knoxville in late March.

While his official visit won’t be his first trip to Tennessee, Singelton hasn’t visited Knoxville as often as the other top contenders in his recruitment. The Many, Louisiana native has visited LSU five times, Arkansas four times and Texas A&M, Ole Miss and TCU twice previously.
Tennessee football’s 2024 recruiting class currently contains 11 commitments but none are from linebackers. The Vols are pursuing a number of blue chip linebackers including Nashville native Edwin Spillman.
The Vols’ 11 commit recruiting class ranks ninth nationally according to the 247sports team rankings.
