Former Tennessee baseball star Nick Senzel is the reigning National League Player of the Week after turning in a dominant week for the Cincinnati Reds.

Senzel went 10-for-21 (.476) at the plate, hitting two home runs and a double while driving in nine runs and stealing one base. The utility man also provided in the clutch, hitting a walk-off home run to beat the Texas Rangers.

The Atlanta, Georgia native is off to a strong start to his fifth MLB season, hitting .310 with three homers and 12 RBIs. The batting average would be a career high for the former Tennessee third baseman.
