WATCH: Transfer Chris Ledlum Harvard Highlights

Tennessee basketball landed its second prospect out of the transfer portal Wednesday night when Harvard forward Chris Ledlum committed to the Vols.

The 6-foot-6 Ledlum played power forward in his time at Harvard but his development in his senior season — when he attempted 136 three-pointers — allowed him to play on the perimeter as a small forward. That development could be huge for an undersized power forward transitioning to the SEC.

Wherever he played, Ledlum had an abundance of success in his time at Harvard. The forward was one of the Ivy League’s best players last season, averaging 18.8 points and 8.5 rebounds per game. Ledlum twice scored 30-plus points last season, totaling 30 in a win over Loyola Chicago and 35 in a win over Cornell.

The transfer forward has the ability to score in many different ways: hitting shots from the perimeter, facing up and driving from the top of the key and scoring in the post with his back to the basket.

Check out those abilities in Ledlum’s senior season highlights.

Ledlum also plays instinctually on the defensive side of the court where he averaged 1.8 steals and 1.1 blocks per game last season. Here’s another Ledlum highlight video that shows off some of his defensive prowess and more plays on the offensive end.

Some highlights are in both videos but they are mostly unique plays.
