Tennessee baseball dropped all three games of its weekend series at No. 5 Arkansas in Arkansas last week. The Vols jumped out to early leads in each of the first two games before defensive mistakes plagued Tennessee. The Razorbacks jumped on Tennessee early in game three to coast to the weekend sweep.

Andrew Lindsey made his first start of the season and impressed as did Chase Dollander in a new starting day, but the Vols’ defense let them down before Drew Beam struggled on Sunday.

Tennessee frequently had baserunners over the course of the weekend but couldn’t deliver clutch hits, going four-of-43 with runners on base and one-of-22 with runners in-scoring position.

The Vols fell out of a handful of rankings and dropped dramatically in the others after another disappointing weekend.

Let’s take a look at where Tennessee stands in various rankings this week.
