Scott ranks as the No. 390 player and No. 55 receiver in the country according to the 247sports composite rankings, coming in as a low four-star recruit.
Tennessee making the four-star receiver’s top group is somewhat surprising because he has yet to visit Knoxville. Scott has one visit to Alabama, three visits to Texas A&M and seven visits to his home state school Penn State.

The Vols need to get Scott on campus to become a serious player in his recruitment as beating out the home state Nittany Lions will be a challenging task.
Tennessee currently has one receiver committed in its 2024 recruiting classβ four-star Mississippi native JJ Harrell. The Vols are also contenders for five-star receivers Ryan Wingo and Mike Matthews.
With March winding down, Tennessee has a small five-commit recruiting class that includes four blue-chip recruits. The strong talent in the class is good for the nation’s No. 9 recruiting class according to 247sports team rankings.
