The time for Tennessee’s second-round matchup against Duke has been announced.
The four-seed Volunteers and the five-seed Blue Devils will square off at 2:40 p.m. ET on Saturday, Mar. 18, in Orlando, Florida.
The winner of the Tennessee-Duke game will advance to the Sweet 16 next week in New York City.
Four-seed Tennessee defeated 13-seed Louisiana by a score of 58-55 on Thursday night. Tennessee jumped out to a huge 18-point lead in the second half but Louisiana wasn’t ready to go away just yet. The Ragin’ Cajuns went on a big run late to close the gap to three points. Still, though, Tennessee weathered the storm enough for the win.
“At the end of the game, we made enough plays to get it done,” Rick Barnes said after the three-point nail-biter.
Five-seed Duke advanced to the second round thanks to a big-time win over 12-seed Oral Roberts by a score of 74-51 on Thursday.
The game will be broadcasted on CBS.
