Tennessee debuted the uniforms in 2022 in game two of a three-game series against Kentucky and went on to wear it four more times. The Vols’ only loss in the uniforms came to Kentucky. Tennessee surprisingly wore the alternates in the SEC Tournament Championship game in which the Vols defeated Florida 8-5.
The last game Tennessee wore the uniforms in 2022 came in the Vols’ thrilling 9-6 NCAA Regional win over Georgia Tech.
