The shirt says it all.

Trey Smith’s shirt, that is.

During Wednesday’s Super Bowl parade in Kansas City, VFL and Super Bowl champion Trey Smith donned an impressive t-shirt. It wasn’t so much a troll to Philadelphia, but rather just a definitive winning statement. The Chiefs’ offensive line did not allow a single sack to the Philadelphia Eagles in Super Bowl LVII this past Sunday.

It wasn’t just Smith, either. The Chiefs’ entire offensive line wore the shirt proudly in the cold parade.

With the win over the Eagles last Sunday, Smith officially became Tennessee’s 73rd Super Bowl participant and 40th Super Bowl winner in program history.

Smith and the Kansas City offensive line were terrific on Sunday against the Eagles. In addition to not allowing a single sack in the game, K.C.’s offensive line paved the way for a total of 158 rushing yards on the night. The line also protected the pocket enough for a hobbled Patrick Mahomes to throw for 182 yards on 21-of-27 passing.

After the victory, Trey Smith spent a few moments speaking with the media in the locker room. Smith spoke about the love he has for the state of Tennessee, being a native of Jackson and a former member of the Volunteers.
