Four-star class of 2024 linebacker Jeremiah Beasley released his top five including Tennessee and his upcoming commitment date Tuesday afternoon.

Kentucky, Michigan, Michigan State and Pitt joined the Vols in Beasley’s top five while the blue-chip recruit plans on announcing his college decision on March 15.

Beasley is a consensus four-star recruit and ranks as the No. 253 player and No. 20 linebacker in the country according to the 247sports composite rankings. The Belleville native also ranks as the sixth best prospect in the state of Michigan.

The Michigan schools are the favorites in Beasley’s recruitment. With their close proximity, Beasley has frequently been to both East Lansing and Ann Arbor throughout the recruiting process.

Beasley has visited Michigan State five times during his recruitment including twice in 2022 while he’s seen Michigan four times including thrice in 2022.

The 6-foot-1, 210-pound linebacker visited both Pitt and Tennessee once during 2022, taking a trip to Knoxville last summer.

All four 247sports crystal ball predictions peg Beasley for Michigan State though all four predictions are from Michigan State writers.

Tennessee currently has three players committed in its 2024 recruiting class including four-star athlete Jonathan Echols, four-star corner Kaleb Beasley and three-star defensive lineman Carson Gentle.

The trio combines to give Tennessee the No. 16 recruiting class in the country according to the 247sports team rankings.
