As college baseball season inches closer and closer, the preseason honors are continuing to roll in for Tennessee Baseball.
On Monday, Baseball America and D1 Baseball unveiled who received Preseason All-America honors, and five Vols were recognized in total.
Tennessee’s entire pitching staff in Chase Dollander, Drew Beam and Chase Burns, shortstop Maui Ahuna and outfielder Jared Dickey were all recognized in some way.
Baseball America gave junior ace Dollander and sophomore RHP Chase Burns First-Team All America honors while Dickey earned a Third-Team nod.
D1 Baseball gave four Vols All-America Honors. Dollander and Burns once again received a spot on the First Team roster, while Ahuna and Beam got spots on the Third-Team roster.
The honors keep rolling in.

Preseason honors have become a common occurance for Dollander, as the second-year Vol has received All-America First Team honors from D1 Baseball, Baseball America, Collegiate Baseball and Perfect Game (the only sites that have released All-America honors). Additionally, Dollander was given Preseason Pitcher of the Year honors by Perfect Game.
Ahuna has made three All America Third Team rosters. Beam has made one Second Team and one Third Team, while Burns has four First Team honors. Dickey and super-senior pitcher Camden Sewell are the remaining Vols that have received preseason honors, as Sewell received a spot on Collegiate Baseball’s All-America Second Team squad.
