There have been plenty of moments – on and off the field – that show Joe Milton’s ability to launch an object into the sky.
On Saturday morning in Knoxville, the same was proven true once again.
ESPN’s College GameDay was in Thompson Boling Arena for the matchup between No. 4 Tennessee and No. 10 Texas on Saturday night. About halfway through the show on Saturday morning, Tennessee quarterback Joe Milton III was brought out onto the court for a half-court shooting segment.
Prior to the segment, while the commercials were still going, Milton sunk back-to-back half-court shots in front of the student section on hand.

While Milton didn’t make any shots during the actual televised segment, there was a moment when GameDay host Rece Davis told Milton to just throw the basketball as far as he could.
And, sure enough, he did just that.
Milton cleared the backboard and the area for the student section by a good mile… roughly.
