The Tennessee Titans have been announced as one of five NFL teams set for international play during the 2023 season.

The five teams that are traveling overseas include the Tennessee Titans, the Buffalo Bills, the Kansas City Chiefs, the Jacksonville Jaguars, and the New England Patriots. London will host the Bills, the Titans, and the Jaguars while the Chiefs and Patriots will play in Germany.

According to the NFL on Thursday morning, “London’s Tottenham Hotspur Stadium — the only purpose-built NFL stadium outside of the US — will once again host two international games, with the Bills and Titans heading to the capital.”

This will be the Titans’ first trip back to London since their 2018 game against the Los Angeles Chargers. The Titans fell to the Chargers by a score of 20-19 after a failed two-point conversation from Tennessee with 31 seconds left in the game.

“We are excited to represent the NFL in London this season,” Titans Head Coach Mike Vrabel said via the team’s website. “I really enjoyed our experience during our last visit. The energy in the stadium and the atmosphere surrounding the game was impressive, and I am looking forward to being part of that again.”

Details regarding the times, dates, and opponents will be announced and confirmed later on in the year during the 2023 schedule release portion of the offseason.

The Tennessee Titans finished the 2022 regular season with an overall record of 7-10. Despite starting the season with a 7-3 record, the Titans suffered a seven-game losing streak to end the season as injuries and obstacles continued to mount.

The Titans have VFL and five-time Pro Bowler Morgan Cox on their roster.
