San Francisco is the favored team for the NFL’s first Wild Card matchup. The 49ers finished at the top of the NFC West with a record of 13-4 — not much worse than the Chiefs’ and Eagles’ leading records of 14-3.
The Niners are the second seed in the NFC behind the Eagles. Since the Eagles have a bye in the first round, San Francisco is the best-ranked team in the NFC’s Wild Card Round.
On the other hand, the Seahawks barely scraped into the playoffs this season with a record of 9-8. They were second behind the 49ers in the NFC West, but they lost to them both times they’ve played. Here are the odds for the matchup from FanDuel Sportsbook.

Odds for Chargers vs. Jaguars
The Chargers vs. Jaguars matchup is the primetime game for Saturday night. The odds are much tighter for this game, with the Chargers given a thin 2.5-point advantage.
The Jaguars nabbed the fourth seed in the AFC, with the Chargers right behind at No. 5. But, thanks to the fact that the AFC West was a much more competitive division than the AFC South, the Chargers still look to be the better team.
LA had a regular-season record of 10-7 compared to Jacksonville’s 9-8, even though the Jaguars did prevail in the teams’ last matchup, winning 38-10.
If we compare both teams against the spread, the Chargers have a better shot. They’re 9-5-2 ATS, and the Jaguars are 8-8.
