Betting Preview for the NBA Schedule Wednesday, Jan. 11

Here are some of the most exciting NBA games for Wednesday night.

Milwaukee Bucks vs. Atlanta Hawks

The Bucks are third in the Eastern Conference with a 26-14 record and 2.5 games behind the Celtics, who have kept a firm hold on the lead. They’ve won four of their last seven games.

Meanwhile, the Hawks are struggling to stay in the top 10 after losing five of their last seven games. One bright side for the Hawks: The Bucks are just 10-9 away from home, and the Hawks are 11-8 at home. A slight advantage, will it be enough?

New Orleans Pelicans vs. Boston Celtics

It’s a clash of West vs. East as New Orleans travels to Boston for what should be a great matchup. The Boston Celtics are dominating the East with a 29-12 record, though the Nets are just 1.5 games behind. In the West, the Pelicans are sitting at third with a 25-16 record.

After a five-game win streak at the end of December, the Pelicans have struggled with just two wins in their last six games. They also have a losing record on the road with 8-11. The Celtics have stayed strong, winning four of their previous six games and a stunning 16-5 record at TD Garden.

Indiana Pacers vs. New York Knicks

The matchup between the Pacers and Knicks is a battle of placement in the Eastern Conference. The two teams hold the sixth and seventh spots, with the Pacers (23-18) just one win ahead of the Knicks (22-19).

The Knicks actually have a better record away than at home, which gives the Pacers an odd potential advantage. Indiana, however, is 8-11 away compared to New York’s 10-11 at home.

The Knicks were on a four-game win streak, broken just Monday by the Bucks. The Pacers have also won four of their last five games, with two consecutive wins going into Wednesday night.

Phoenix Suns vs. Denver Nuggets

The Suns will travel to Denver to take on their conference leaders, the Denver Nuggets.

Phoenix is ranked 8th in the Western Conference with a (20-21) record. The Nuggets are 27-13, the same record as the Grizzlies, so they’ll be hungry for a win to stay on top. It seems like good money since Denver is 17-3 at home, and Phoenix is 6-14 on the road.

Can the Nuggets turn three consecutive wins into a four-game streak? Or will the Suns break a nasty six-game losing streak in Denver? Seems implausible, but we’re looking forward to the drama.
