Four-star class of 2024 linebacker Kari Jackson is visiting Tennessee for the Vols’ matchup against Kentucky, the Michigan native announced Thursday morning.

Still a junior in high school, Jackson is a 6-foot-1, 215 pound prospect that projects as a linebacker at the college level.
Jackson ranks as a four-star recruit and the No. 282 player in the country according to the 247sports composite rankings. Jackson also ranks as the No. 19 linebacker in the country and the No. 6 player in the state of Michigan.
While the Kentucky game is unlikely to live up to the atmosphere and electricity of the Florida or Alabama games, Jackson will see a rowdy Neyland Stadium for the 7 p.m. ET top 20 matchup.

Jackson currently holds 15 offers including from instate powers Michigan and Michigan State as well as Ole Miss, Penn State, Kentucky and West Virginia.
The blue chip prospect has been on a handful of visits this fall, seeing Michigan State, Cincinnati and Penn State. Michigan State is the only school Jackson’s visited twice this season.
Tennessee currently holds four commitments in the early stages of the 2024 recruiting class including five-star athlete Jonathan Echols, four-star receiver Mazeo Bennett, four-star corner Kaleb Beasley and three-star defensive lineman Carson Gentle.
The four commitments gives Tennessee the No. 6 ranked recruiting class in the 2024 cycle according to the 247sports team rankings.
