Three-star offensive lineman Vysen Lang is returning to Knoxville for a visit under a month before he announces his college decision, Lang announced Monday night.

Lang is announcing his college commitment on Nov. 8, less than a month after Saturday’s matchup with Alabama. The visit marks Lang’s second to Knoxville this season after the three-star offensive lineman took in Tennessee’s matchup against Florida earlier this season.

This weekend’s visit marks Lang’s third to Knoxville in 2022. The only school Lang has visited more than Tennessee in 2022 is Auburn.

The Alabama native’s hometown is just 46 miles away from Auburn leading to an abundance of opportunities to see the Tigers’ campus.

More From RTI: Five-Star Quarterback Visiting Tennessee This Weekend

Arkansas, Georgia, LSU and Texas join Tennessee and Auburn in Lang’s top six heading into his college commitment.

Lang ranks as the No. 677 player in the country according to the 247sports composite rankings. What position Lang plays in college is unclear. 247sports designates Lang as an offensive tackle while On3 pegs him as an interior offensive lineman.

Tennessee’s 2023 recruiting class currently holds 21 commits and ranks ninth nationally according to 247sports. However, the Vols’ recruiting class in short on offensive lineman— particularly offensive tackles.

The Vols missed out on a trio of top offensive tackles this summer with four-star Georgia native Sham Umarov being the only definitive offensive tackle in the class. Four-star Knoxville athletic Trevor Duncan could also end up at offensive tackle in college.
