Tennessee offensive line target Vysen Lang will make his college commitment on Nov. 8, the Pike Road, Alabama native announced Saturday morning.

Lang didn’t announce who he is choosing between but released a top six including Arkansas, Auburn, Georgia, LSU, Tennessee and Texas earlier in July.

The massive offensive lineman is coming off his official visit to Tennessee for last week’s game against then-No. 20 Florida. It was Lang’s second visit to Knoxville in a matter of months after the 6-foot-4, 235-pound offensive lineman unofficially visited Tennessee in the summer.

More From RTI: Four-Star Receiver Rocks Vols Gear During Game

Lang is taking a visit to Auburn this weekend for the Tigers’ matchup against LSU. Pike Road is just 46 miles from Auburn and Lang has been a frequent visitor on the Plains during his recruitment.

The three-star offensive lineman’s visit to Auburn this weekend is his seventh during his recruitment. Lang has visited each of the other schools in his top six but none as many as Auburn. The uncertainty around Auburn coach Brian Harsin’s future should bode well for the Vols.

Lang ranks as a three-star recruit and the No. 677 player in the country according to the 247sports composite rankings. What position Lang plays in college is unclear. 247sports designates Lang as an offensive tackle while On3 pegs him as an interior offensive lineman.

Tennessee currently has just two offensive lineman committed in the 2023 recruiting class: four-star offensive tackle Sham Umarov and three-star offensive guard Ayden Bussell. Four-star Knoxville athlete Trevor Duncan could play on the offensive or defensive line of scrimmage.

The Vols’ recruiting class ranks ninth nationally according to the 247sports team rankings.
