The Tennessee Volunteers are gearing up for their first Top 25 matchup under Josh Heupel in this Saturday’s game against Pittsburgh. The 24th-ranked Vols will travel north to take on the 17th-ranked Panthers in the second straight year of The Johnny Majors Classic.

The importance of this game is fairly high for just a week two matchup. Pittsburgh is one of Tennessee’s toss-up games this year and could play a major impact in the early direction of Tennessee’s season. After losing by a score of 41-34 in Knoxville last season, Tennessee is certainly looking for revenge on the Panthers this weekend.
