Tennessee QB Hendon Hooker Ranks Top 15 in Latest Heisman Odds

The latest 2022-2023 Heisman Trophy betting odds list from Circa Sports was officially released online Thursday afternoon. Out of the 136 total players listed, Tennessee quarterback Hendon Hooker does hold a spot in the Top 15.

In addition to Hooker, Tennessee wide receiver Jalin Hyatt is also present on the list.

According to Circa Sports, Hendon Hooker currently has the 12th best odds at +5000. The list, however, does not contain ties. Despite coming in at No. 12, Hooker is behind Florida QB Anthony Richardson at No. 10 and Oklahoma quarterback Dillon Gabriel at No. 11, who are also both sitting at +5000.

Regardless, Hooker still boasts one of the best Heisman Trophy odds heading into the 2022-2023 football season.

Tennessee wide receiver Jalin Hyatt is also on Circa Sports’ list and comes in at the No. 91 spot with +25000 odds. While Hyatt is expected to receive a much bigger share of responsibilities this season compared to last, it is odd not to see Tennessee wide receiver Cedric Tillman on the list. Tillman was Hooker’s top receiver by the end of the season and had firmly established himself as one of the SEC’s most dangerous receiving threats – especially paired up with Hooker and Josh Heupel.
