Alabama Offensive Lineman Announces Summer Visit To Tennessee

Offensive lineman Vysen Lang will visit Tennessee from June 17-19, the Alabama native announced on Twitter Tuesday afternoon.

The Pike Road, Alabama β€” a Montgomery suburb β€” native ranks as a three-star recruit and the nation’s 450th best player according to the 247sports composite rankings. Lang ranks as the 23rd best player in Alabama and the 37th best offensive tackle in the country.

While ranked as just a three-star, Lang has a number of SEC suitors with Auburn, Arkansas, Florida Georgia, LSU, Ole Miss, Tennessee, Texas A&M and Vanderbilt all making his top 10 last month.

Tennessee’s top 10 recruiting class currently has one offensive lineman committed β€” Mount Juliet, Tennessee native Ayden Bussell. However, Knoxville Catholic athlete Trevor Duncan projects as an offensive tackle.

Josh Heupel and Tennessee offensive line coach Glen Elarbee are set for a major offensive lineman visit weekend with Chattanooga four-star Brycen Sanders and IMG five-star Francis Mauigoa visiting Knoxville.
