With the departure of both JaVonta Payton and Velus Jones Jr, Tennessee originally had a question mark at the receiver position heading into next season. Yes, the Vols will be returning leading receiver Cedric Tillman, but replacing two starters is still a tough task. However, with the addition of Wyoming WR Isaiah Neyor, the Vols can – for the time being – breathe a sigh of relief for now.
On Saturday afternoon, Neyor announced that he would be transferring to Tennessee after entering the portal in late December.
During an introductory first season at Wyoming, Neyor only saw appearances in four games. However, in the 2021 season, Neyor shined and established himself as one of the premiere under-rated players in the nation.

In 2021, Neyor caught 44 receptions for 878 yards and added in 12 touchdowns. Using his strength and size to his advantage at 6-foot-3, Isaiah Neyor was a dynamic playmaker all over the field.
After the season, the Wyoming football social media account collected some highlight clips from Neyor’s season and created a slick hype video from the footage.
The breakout season.
