Tennessee quarterback Harrison Bailey is attending the 25th annual Manning Passing Academy in Thibodeaux, Louisiana.
The sophomore signal caller is one of 47 collegiate quarterbacks serving as a coordinator at the event. Bailey will also participate in “The Saturday Night Lights” passing competition.
Bailey threw for 578 yards, four touchdowns and two interceptions in five games as a freshman, three of which he started.
The Marietta, Georgia native is in the thick of Tennessee’s quarterback competition along with transfers Hendon Hooker and Joe Milton.
Tennessee quarterbacks have been frequent attendees of Archie, Peyton and Ellie Manning’s annual quarterback camp. Jarrett Guarantano and Josh Dobbs both attended the event multiple times.
SEC quarterbacks litter this year’s passing academy. There are eight SEC quarterbacks at the event and four Vols opponents including Jake Bentley (South Alabama), Connor Bazelak (Missouri), JT Daniels (Georgia) and Bryce Young (Alabama).
