Tennessee basketball received great news on Thursday, as 2022 four-star PG BJ Edwards committed to Rick Barnes and the Vols. This will turn out to be a massive pickup for the future of Tennessee, as they keep making waves on the recruiting trail, especially picking up a commitment for a key position.
The fourth-ranked player in the state of Tennessee has been on the Volunteers’ radar for a long time now. Edwards, a local rising senior from Knoxville Catholic High School, has been making headlines in the city since he first stepped on the court.
So now, he’ll be taking his talents down the road to Tennessee. The Vols worked hard to make sure Edwards felt like he was part of the family, which he discussed in our interview.
