No. 18 Tennessee hit the practice field Tuesday as it begins to prepare for its Week 4 matchup with Kentucky.
The media is not allowed to attend practice this fall, but Tennessee Athletics Communications sent out practice highlights and pictures from Tuesday’s practice ahead of Saturday’s SEC East showdown. Kickoff with the Wildcats (1-2) is scheduled for 12 p.m. ET on the SEC Network.
Vols head coach Jeremy Pruitt met with the media on Monday to discuss this past Saturday’s 44-21 loss to Georgia. Pruitt also previewed this Saturday’s game with Kentucky. You can hear everything Pruitt had to say here.
Tennessee senior wide receiver Brandon Johnson, senior defensive lineman Matthew Butler and sophomore running back Eric Gray met with the media before Tuesday’s practice. The trio discussed their individual performance against Georgia, as well as their thoughts on the team’s performance and Saturday’s game against Kentucky. i say let the big offensive line compete against each other, cade vs kennedy, smith vs cade, only way to make the offensive line stronger by battle big guys. that way these teams that have big guys on defense our offense can handle um better
