Tennessee made the top four for four-star in-state running back Jordan James on Tuesday afternoon.

James tweeted out a graphic on Twitter of his final four schools. The Vols were included along with Alabama, Georgia and Florida State.

The 5-foot-9 running back from Murfreesboro, Tennessee is ranked the No. 76 overall player in the country by 247Sports. James, who plays at Oakland High School, is ranked as the No. 6 overall running back and the No. 2 player in the state of Tennessee.

Tee Martin and Jay Graham are serving as the James’ primary recruiters. The Vols gave him his first scholarship offer in February 2019, and he has visited the Vols twice since October. James attended the Vols home game against Mississippi State and returned Jan. 30 for a midweek visit that allowed him to meet Graham after Graham was hired.
