On Wednesday afternoon, Kellie Harper added yet another highly-rated prospect to the Lady Vols’ 2021 recruiting class.
Brooklynn Miles, one of the top point guards in the 2021 cycle, announced her commitment to Tennessee on Twitter on Wednesday. Miles chose the Lady Vols over other offers from Kentucky, NC State, Purdue, Miami, and others.

According to ESPN’s women’s basketball recruiting rankings, Miles is a five-star and is rated as the No. 46 overall prospect and No. 9 point guard in the 2021 class. The speedy 5-foot-6 guard gives Tennessee their point guard of the future.
Miles is considered one of the fastest recruits in the 2021 class, and she’s an elite scorer who is no slouch on defense, either. She plays for Franklin County High School in Richmond, Kentucky and averaged 21.5 points, 4.9 assists, 4.1 steals, and 3.8 rebounds as a junior this past season.

For Kellie Harper and the Lady Vols, Miles is just the latest elite recruit to commit to UT in the 2021 cycle.
Miles joins fellow five-stars Kaiya Wynn and Karoline Striplin along with four-star forward Sara Puckett in Tennessee’s 2021 class. Wynn and Miles were teammates together for the Kentucky Premier club program, and now they’ll be teammates in Knoxville in the future.
According to ESPN, the Lady Vols now have three five-star commits and one four-star. All four of UT’s current 2021 commits are rated in the top 100 prospects. Wynn is the highest-rated at No. 23 overall, followed by Miles at No. 46 overall, Striplin at No. 48, and Puckett at No. 62 overall.
