Tennessee closed out the 2020 recruiting cycle with a strong finish on National Signing Day. The Vols added four-star athlete Dee Beckwith and four-star wide receiver Malachi Wideman to their 2020 class, giving UT a consensus top-10 recruiting class at the end of the day.
After both Beckwith and Wideman signed with the Vols, Tennessee head coach Jeremy Pruitt met with the media to discuss UT’s impressive day and the Vols’ 2020 class as a whole.
Pruitt discussed whether or not Beckwith and Wideman will get to play basketball as well as football at UT, talked about the recent changes to his coaching staff, addressed rumors about Jeremy Banks being reinstated, and more.
