Tennessee put together their best game of basketball in SEC play so far this season, and it culminated in a blowout victory over Ole Miss on Tuesday night.
The Vols improved to 12-6 overall and 4-2 in conference play with a 73-48 victory over the Rebels. The win marked UT’s third-straight win over Ole Miss in Knoxville and gave Tennessee their 15th win in their last 17 meetings with the Rebels in Thompson-Boling Arena.
Redshirt junior forward John Fulkerson had the best game of his Tennessee career in the win, scoring a career-high 18 points on 7-of-8 shooting. He also brought down 10 rebounds, giving him his second double-double of the season and the third of his career.
