Linebackers
Nathanael: B+
Darrell Taylor, Henry To’o To’o, and Daniel Bituli all had strong nights, particularly Taylor with 1.5 sacks, two tackles for loss, and a quarterback hurry. The Vols’ linebackers struggled to cover over the middle at times, which is why I don’t give them an “A,” but their ability to stop the run was great. Peyton Ramsey was able to find room a few times on some runs, but that was usually because the pass coverage was so good and the blitzing backers were running behind him.

Tennessee’s linebackers were all over the field against Indiana. Along with the defensive line, the Vol backers did a great job of holding the Hoosiers to 76 rushing yards and flustering Ramsey. Henry To’o To’o was terrific, leading Tennessee in tackles with eight. Daniel Bituli finished with six tackles while Roman Harrison recorded a sack.
