While the Vols’ offensive line wasn’t consistently dominant, they did a good job of opening up holes in the run game, especially on the left side (the Trey Smith side). In pass blocking, UT’s line did a pretty decent job of keeping pressure off of Guarantano except for a few occasions. It definitely wasn’t the most impressive performance by the Vols’ offensive line, but it certainly wasn’t horrible (except for that big mistake by Brandon Kennedy when he moved the ball forward).

Tennessee’s offensive line didn’t dominate the Hoosiers, but it still performed fairly well. Indiana’s defensive line is an experienced group, but the Vols were able to keep Guarantano fairly clean and open up holes for Gray in the running game.
