Get Another Wide Receiver
Right now, Tennessee has a couple speedsters committed at the wide receiver position in four-stars Jalin Hyatt and Jimmy Calloway. But as long as UT has room in the class, grabbing another wideout would be some nice trimming on the Christmas tree.
Though he wants a shot at quarterback, TCU commit Jimmy Holiday seems like an ideal candidate to fill out UT’s wide receiver group in this class. Someone like former Georgia commit Corey Wren seemed more likely a week or so ago, but he may not be an option now.
Dee Beckwith is an intriguing option, as he could play receiver or potentially tight end in college. Ramon Henderson is a player Tennessee has been pushing for lately, and there’s an outside chance someone like Kentron Poitier could reemerge.
Unless the Vols can get one of their top targets on their receiver board, UT may go ahead with only two receivers in this class considering their needs at other positions. But snagging another wideout would be a very nice addition if possible.
