Tennessee vs. Georgia State, Aug. 31
Nathanael’s Pick
Tennessee should win this game pretty handily against a simply overmatched Georgia State squad. The Panthers have enough playmakers at the skill positions on offense to get a couple scoring drives going against UT’s defense that lacks some depth right now, but GSU’s defense was awful last season. I don’t expect them to be much better this season.
Score: 48-14, Tennessee
Ben’s Pick
Despite its perceived weaknesses, Tennessee is quite simply a much better team than Georgia State — who won just two games a year ago. Dan Ellington, a true dual-threat quarterback, is capable of leading a scoring drive or two for the Panthers against a Tennessee defense that possesses depth concerns. But Georgia State doesn’t have the players on defense to slow down the Vols’ playmakers on offense.
Score: 45-13, Tennessee

All that will really matter will be the day that the Vols lose to Vandy for the 4th year in a row!
Ben your take on the BYU game is dumb, but if Jayson says UT will mop BYU, you will back pedal and get Nathaniel to change this article???
