Tennessee added some more talented prospects to their roster in their 2019 signing class, but the Vols have a chance to bring in what could arguably be the most talented recruiting class in school history in the 2020 cycle.
The Vols already have one highly-rated player committed to them in their 2020 class in high four-star small forward Corey Walker. But he’s not the only highly-rated prospect the Vols have built up a strong relationship with in this class. In fact, Tennessee could end up adding multiple five-stars in the 2020 cycle if everything goes well.
Coming off the success of the last two seasons, Tennessee’s men’s basketball program is recruiting in elite waters. They’re waters that UT’s program has never really waded into consistently, but it’s a world that head coach Rick Barnes is familiar with dating back to his time at Texas. Because of the success the Vols have had the last couple seasons and the culture that UT has established, Tennessee is now one of the more appealing programs to prospects across the country.
