You might expect the son of NFL Hall of Famer Deion Sanders to get a little more attention on the recruiting trail, but thus far Shilo Sanders has flown somewhat under the radar. Some of his siblings have gotten more attention than him, but the 6-foot, 185-pound cornerback out of Cedar Hill, Texas is still on the market.

Sanders got an offer from Tennessee in early November, and he didn’t sign with a program during the early signing period. Tennessee might be looking to add another defensive back in their 2019 class, especially if they can’t hold on to Anthony Harris. Sanders would likely get a look from the Vols’ staff if that were the case.

Sanders has already taken official visits to South Carolina and Colorado State, so he has three officials left to give. The Vols may try and get one of those visits if they decide they need another defensive back in this class.

The rangy corner is the No. 538 overall player and No. 56 cornerback in the 2019 class.
