Khris Bogle, DE
It’s not going to be easy to pull Khris Bogle out of Florida, but that’s not going to stop Tennessee’s coaches from trying.
The elite pass rusher from Fort Lauderdale, Florida seems like a heavy Miami lean, but he himself is a big fan of the Vols and UT’s coaching staff. Unfortunately for Tennessee, family ties are what seem to be keeping him grounded in the state of Florida.
Bogle included the Vols in his list of four finalists earlier this week, including them with Miami, Florida, and Alabama. Tennessee’s coaches have continued to check in with Bogle, and it’s likely they’ll try and get him to visit in January. It also helps that Miami turned in a very disappointing season and defensive coordinator Manny Diaz left The U to be the head coach at Temple.
But it’s still going to be a major uphill battle to pull Bogle away from Miami. He’s announcing his college choice on January 5th at the All-American Bowl Game.
Bogle is rated as the No. 57 overall player and No. 3 weak-side defensive end in the 2019 class.
