Tennessee’s search for an offensive coordinator has started to take shape over the last few days, and there appears to be a clear pecking order among Jeremy Pruitt’s list of candidates. So as we enter the weekend, we want to reset the coaching search and take a more in-depth look at the top candidates in Pruitt’s search for a new offensive coordinator.
Tyson Helton has now been introduced as Western Kentucky’s head coach, and Pruitt has reportedly been meeting with candidates and reaching out to others. Plus, some of the other names previously thought to be potential candidates for the Vols’ OC job have taken other jobs at other schools. There appears to be some “finalists” in the search, and we take a look at those candidates by giving their bios, the positives they bring to the table, and some drawbacks to keep in mind.
Here’s a look at Tennessee’s updated list of offensive coordinator candidates.
