Shy Tuttle is another player whose potential was sky-high but ended up getting ruined thanks to injury. Twice Tuttle has suffered season-ending injuries, but this year marked the first time since heading into his freshman campaign that he was truly healthy.

And so far this year, he’s been having a good end to his Tennessee career.

This year, Tuttle has recorded his first career sack, interception, and has blocked two kicks. He’s already tied his career-high in tackles for a season with two games remaining, and he’s started in all 10 games this season.

In 33 career appearances, Tuttle has 73 tackles, 5.5 tackles for loss, a sack, an interception, three passes defended, three fumble recoveries, and three blocked kicks.
