Tennessee went through the worst season in program history last year. For the first time ever, the Vols lost eight games in a season and went winless in SEC play. So it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out the Vols have a lot of areas that need improving heading into 2018.
Luckily for Tennessee, they have a completely new coaching staff and several new players added to the roster for this upcoming year. Competition should be higher than it’s been in years, and Vol fans are hoping for wholesale improvement from the Vols this season.
Jeremy Pruitt’s first Vol squad has plenty to improve on from last season. But here are the six areas Tennessee needs to improve the most in 2018.
