6. Jonathan Kongbo, Defensive End
When Kongbo was recruited to Tennessee, Vol fans were extremely hyped to see what he could do for the Vols. Kongbo certainly looked the part, and the physical freak was a fan favorite heading into his first year with the Vols. But in his two years prior to this season, Kongbo has, much like many other players on this list, yet to truly shine. He’s shown flashes of brilliance, such as returning an interception for a score in 2016 and making some big tackles against Georgia Tech and Florida in 2017. But he’s yet to put together a consistently good season or even a consistently good game in his Tennessee career. The redshirt senior will have one more chance to prove to NFL teams he can play as well as he looks.
