7. Kyle Phillips, Defensive End
Phillips is yet another player on this list who had high expectations coming in to his Tennessee career who has yet to live up to his potential. Phillips was a five-star by many recruiting services, and he appeared ready to thrive as a defensive end for the Vols. But a season-ending injury in 2015 derailed that season, and he was moved to defensive tackle out of necessity in 2016. Last year finally saw Phillips mostly healthy and back to his natural position, but he still failed to produce at a consistently high level. This yer is his last chance to show NFL scouts what he has, and a solid showing could make him a Day 3 draft prospect.
