8. Todd Kelly Jr., Safety
It’s been a long and interesting journey for Todd Kelly Jr. during his Tennessee career. He was a four-star safety coming out of high school and showed some great potential early in his career, picking off several passes and making big plays in big games. But after having a solid 2016 season, Kelly only played in the first two games of last season and missed the rest of the year due to injury. Kelly returns as the most experienced player on Tennessee’s roster this season, and as long as he comes out and finds a role on the Vols’ defense, he stands a chance of being a late-round selection in next year’s draft.
