1. Keller Chryst, Quarterback
Easily the most intriguing incoming player for the Vols this offseason is Stanford grad transfer quarterback Keller Chryst. Though he wasn’t flashy in his time at Stanford, Chryst was a solid starter for the Cardinal and is expected to come in for his final year of eligibility and try and win Tennessee’s starting quarterback position. And most believe Chryst will be successful in that venture and unseat redshirt sophomore Jarrett Guarantano. The Vols’ quarterback competition will be one of the most interesting story lines to watch this fall, and that’s because of the addition of Chryst.
