At first, it looked like Tennessee was going to desperately miss Trevor Daniel as a punter this year when Paxton Brooks shanked a punt for just 24 yards early in the game. But he rebounded after that and looked better. He boomed a 51-yarder later on and ended up averaging 39.6 yards per punt on his five punts. Brent Cimaglia impressed, nailing both his 40-plus yard field goals. It was interesting to see Nigel Warrior return kickoffs, and he looked good doing it too. Ty Chandler also looks like a viable option at returner. Punt returning might be an issue this year, though, as Jordan Murphy failed to do much there.
