Tennessee has a multitude of needs in the 2019 recruiting cycle. The Vols’ current roster isn’t at full capacity after injuries and attrition, and depth is lacking at most positions. Not only that, but new head coach Jeremy Pruitt and his staff will be working in this cycle to reshape the roster to fit their style of play more.
In short, the 2019 class is a very important class for the Vols. And they have several units they need to address in this cycle.
It truly might be easier to list which positions aren’t positions of need for the Vols in their 2019 recruiting class. Because as it is, there are only a small handful of units who don’t need bolstering in this class.

Surprised not to see RB on this list. Other than Chandler, and to some extent Fils-Aime, there is nobody with any meaningful experience, and we didn’t really address that need in this year’s class.
